EHO report or action list (optional and private)

One file, maximum 10 MB. PDF, Word (.doc or .docx), JPG or PNG. You can send your enquiry without a file and arrange to share it with Olga afterwards.

The report is sent privately to Olga by email, never added to the public media library, and the temporary upload is deleted after processing. Remove unnecessary staff or customer information. Keep this page open until you see a confirmation or error message.

Your enquiry details are kept in our private log for up to 90 days for follow-up. The report is not stored in that log. See our privacy policy.

A request does not confirm a booking. Olga will agree the scope, availability and total cost, including applicable travel charges, before paid work starts.
