Your choices
We keep the homepage free of an automatic cookie notice. On other pages, the notice lets you accept optional cookies, reject them or choose individual categories. The Cookie settings button and the controls below let you change or withdraw your choice at any time. Essential services remain available when optional cookies are rejected.
What is used on this site?
- Cookie choices: Complianz uses first-party cookies with names beginning
cmplz_to remember the categories you accept or reject, the policy version and whether the notice was dismissed. These necessary preference records last up to 180 days, unless you delete them earlier. They do not by themselves create an advertising profile. - Visit estimate: when you ask to carry an estimate into the enquiry form, your browser temporarily holds the postcode, selected service and estimate details in session storage. The handover is valid for 30 minutes and the entry is removed when used. This supports your request and is not an advertising tracker.
- Website administration: WordPress uses authentication and settings cookies for authorised staff signing in. Visitors do not need to sign in to read the site or enquire.
Optional analytics and advertising
Google Analytics (Statistics): with your Statistics consent, Google Analytics helps us understand visits and improve this website. It uses _ga to distinguish visitors and _ga_1JWRS0KP2M to maintain session information. These first-party cookies have a default lifetime of up to two years, which can renew on a visit; your browser may shorten this. You can withdraw consent in Cookie settings and delete existing cookies using your browser controls.
Our Analytics user-level and event-level data retention settings are two months, without resetting user retention on a new visit. Aggregated reports may remain longer. Google Ads and retargeting (Marketing): these remain inactive. We will update this policy before enabling advertising tracking. Marketing consent will be required separately from Statistics consent.
We do not send enquiry messages, contact-form details or uploaded EHO reports to advertising services. Cookie acceptance is separate from asking Olga to contact you. Information you choose to send in an enquiry is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Browser controls and contact
